I'm recent visit to Royal Hypermarket provided a mixed experience, with both positive and areas for improvement worth noting. While the market offers a range of products and convenience, there were aspects that detracted from the overall satisfaction. One of the positive aspects was the wide variety of products available at Royal Hypermarket. From groceries to household items, the market offered a comprehensive selection, making it a convenient one-stop shop for many needs. The shelves were well-stocked, and the layout allowed for easy navigation and finding desired items. The pricing at Royal Hypermarket was generally competitive, with occasional promotions and discounts adding value for customers. This affordability was appreciated, as it contributed to the overall appeal of the market. However, there were areas where improvements could be made. One noticeable aspect was the organization and cleanliness of the store. Some sections appeared disorganized, with items haphazardly placed, making it challenging to locate specific products. Overall experience is not that great. Staffs even don't know the codes. Entire billing system is waste. Basically the attitude of staffs is most irritating one. You can't see staff which is required for a section rather they will be available for those products for marketing and they irritate us to buy the product. Even though we say no to them 3 or 4 times still they push. Missing bar codes in items ( when we brought knife and at billing they found no bar code - made us waiting for 15 minutes). If you take 20 minutes for purchase. You need to wait 40 minutes for billing. Very pathetic service

This is really a great Super Market, stocked with A-Z items of daily need. The complex provides ample Parking Facility. Very well trained/gentle Staff!!!

Decent prices and good variety. Would be great if staffs dont use the saliva to seperate bags. Saw one of them doing in fruits and veggies section. Other than that ,a comfortable shopping experience.

Been there many times. I always have a good experience. One stop destination for all our home needs. They often have offers on certain items like soaps, cookies etc.

Royal Hypermarket is one among the few supermarkets in Ottappalam. They have enough parking space, one in front of the shop and there is a parking space behind. All the grocery items are in the ground floor and the toys and other stationeries are on the first floor. The advantage we observed here is that, they have a vegetable and fruits counter inside, which is not there in Choice supermarket. They have a points system attached to the bill (but I have not redeemed it yet). Accepts cash, card and upi with 4-5 billing counter.

Good place to day today's essential items. Sales personnel are very attentive.

Calm and quiet place for shopping with family members. Good offers every week. Good customer service
