@ Deepa Perampali, with reference to your review few days ago, I (Dr. Shradha) am perplexed at your derogatory remark about my character. You have disgracefully tarnished my image on public platform by falsely highlighting that I carry my own air of attitude & have taken advantage of your vulnerable state n also labelled me inhuman, which is completely unsubstantial and seems like prejudiced mentality erupting from your amygdala response. Come on lady! How much do you know me to have the confidence of potraying my negative image infront of the world. I am wondering what advantage I have taken of your vulnerable state! I had not an iota of doubt that you were cooking false perception about me in your brain. Wherever I have worked - abroad or in India, I have never faced such false accusations. Patients and their relatives have never questioned my character and integrity. You are the first one to do so. This in itself is enough to burst the bubble of your prejudice. I can understand the turmoil and anxiety going on in your mind as a relative of a critical patient. It is not easy! But that does not give you the freedom of puking out your frustation on public platform by accusing me baselessly. Your opinion about me is trivial to me, as I know myself much better than you. I have responded to your review only so that henceforth you refrain from publicly doing character assassination of anyone baselessly. Most people may not be mentally and emotionally strong enough to handle false accusations and may take drastic steps. Remember assassinating someone's character is an attempt to mask your own insecurities and weaknesses. Worst experience. Please if ull have an ICU setup, please make sure ull have an experienced well qualified intensitivist and not just RMOs. The Ventilation of the ICU is v bad, strong food smell we noticed. AC ventilation is not as per the standards at all Not a good hospital for patients at all.. PLEASE CONSIDER...
*Very bad appointment service* I had called Saturday 28/10/23 for appointment..so appointment was full for Monday & Tuesday for Dr.shailesh kamat . So they give me appointment on Thursday 02/11/23 at 5clk . So i was at 5.06 clk at hospital. I went to reception asked the girl ...abt m appointment. So she wrote down m name ...and told me to seat. So i was sitting almost for 45 mits .waiting for m name to cam. But they let me to seat for 1 hour..it was almost 6clk . ( and m name was written no2 second on they appointment registration) Then at 5 30clk one more person cam and seat at side of me ...to meet the same Dr. Dat person had his relative working der as nurse. So soon after dat nurse meet him... He was took inside for checkup. So i asked at reception...dat person who goen inside...had came at 5 30 clk. And i m seating hear form 5.06 clk. So she was nt having any answers for dat...and was ignoring wat i was asking her..... Very bad service i got frm royal hospital margoa today. So just one question for the hospital authorities. Are all takeing the appointment for the seek . Or all the things work on influence of ur staff. (Nurse)
Cashless India but sadly you can't pay with QR code or Account Transfer. Only cash or Card Payment. Clean India but you won't get a hand wash or soap in toilets so bring your own. Poor service.. if you can't give basic facilities, you are still none.

After a long period I met a gentle doctor Rajeshwar Naik. He is so humble and polite with patients listen to them and give proper advice which you can't experience nowadays with most doctors. He takes good amount of time to listen and diagnosis the problems and treat Patients with care Hats off to this kind of doctors and the hospital
This 1 star is not for the hospital but for the very arrogant front office staff... I dnt know her name also... But today at around 2:35pm I called on the landline no and asked to connect in the HR dept ... As it ws an vacancy related inquiry call... She just said that there is no vacancy and nobody is leaving N thn she cut the call without listening to me ... Very rude staff.. this ws not accepted... Otherwise full 5 stars for the hospital doctors as I heard so many good things abt the doctors...
Worst laboratory testing facility, do not risk life's of patients by doing any testing in this hospital laboratory. I have given 1 year old baby's urine culture test and was told that will get the report in 2 days. They dint revert back nor they sent the report for 7 days. When personally calling to inquire they don't even know when it was given, where their documents are and asked for email ID again to send the report This hospital claims full satisfaction for their services but the staff don't have the curtesy to even apologies for risking life's of patients.
