if anyone want to seek advice or treatment , be aware of the issues with the hospital. Positive & Negative: 1. Dr.Sudha Reddy consulting charge is high, but she cares for the patient Negatives: 1. No proper response from Nurses, scans and other things were costlier. 2. Apart from Dr.Sudha Reddy, none of them cares about the patient or their time. Everyone works on their own time we were getting consultation with Dr Sudha Reddy, as usual today we called for Dr availability. I have been told Dr.Sudha Reddy wont be available today but another doctor will be available and I have been told that , Dr will be available from 10.30 AM to 12.30 PM in the morning . So we went there around 10 to 10.15 AM and waited for the doctor arrival, time gets passed and I could see the nurses were taking selfie and playing with each other without thinking about patients who waits for the doctor visit. When we asked to Nurse at 10.45 AM, I have been told, Dr on the way and will be here in another few mins. at 11.15 AM we have been asked whether the doctor will visit today or we can leave. We have been told at 11.30 that it will take time for the doctor's arrival and it might take another 2 hours. Frustrated,whether patients needs to be informed on any delays by Nurse or we need to go and ask them for update ?. Decided to stop going there and today afternoon we went to different hospital. Never ever going to visit this hospital or suggest this hospital to anyone.

Both our kids born at Royal Hospital. Right from Day 1 they gave us confidence of doing normal delivery and they did it. Dr. Sudha Reddy has been very patient in answering our queries and we followed all the instructions due deligently which helped my wife a lot with her maternity days. I would really thank Nurses who has been very supportive till we get discharged and it feels like an attender from our end is not required at all. Overall we are very happy with the ongoing support and we will highly recommend it to our friends and family members.

Such a worst clinic i have seen and the doctor sudha reddy had 0% care on the patient. Personally i had a bad experience on this hospital and my life is full of pain due to their carelessness.

I hope on Royal hospital, is an loyal and caring, then all the Nurses are smile face and handling the pasents. Docters very cliam and feel the pain of pasent then take care like a mother. Thanks to the Docters and sisters.

The female doctor was so polite. Heard all our concerns and responded. Charged Rs600 for single female consultation. Lab tests are quite expensive. The services needs to be improved. Old school methods like reports shpuld be collected inperson only - no mails and all. Male doctor consultation will happen through phone call. Doctor will speak to you over the landline phone inside the hospital. They are charging Rs 750 for single consultation. Expensive for 2 minutes phone call discussion. Doctor will see you only if you have major problem.

Worst hospital. Pls don't go to Sudha reddy doctor. She never let us speak and never ready to listen. Completely money minded. 2 percent extra for card payment. 600 fees for 2 mins consultation. And no computer bill . Only manual. In a slip. Pls never even think of going here.

Very bad experience with the hospital. No proper services. No proper rest rooms. Only money oriented hospital charging very high not worth for hospital.
