Room - Value for money rooms and a small pool for kids. Service - Food is very homely, don't forget to try out, they serve it to your room, staff is very friendly and co-operative. Location - Its very close to Calangute Beach Overall very nice stay!!!

Amazing service for such a low price. The staff are so cooperative and friendly. I didn't felt that it's a 3 star hotel but more like a 4 star standard. The pool was very clean and rooms too. Will definitely come again

All great! Swimming pool is just sufficient for kids. Location is great , near Baga and Calangute! Extra beds could be provided at no cost as familes are usually four. Car Parking is a pain but manageable with the available space on road.

First of all there is a lack of parking space for 4 wheelers. Rooms are nice but not too big. But if you opt for cp plan which is with breakfast than you will be disappointed. Because breakfast is not served in buffet system and they give you only one dish. In Sunday you will only get bread omelette even you are vegetarian, don't understand this logic. Food tastes pathetic and gives saltless food all the time. Now comes to owner, he always looks high and talks arrogantly. If you don't come with family they will not treat you well. Don't know their judgemental attitude towards us. Owner always ignore us if we need any taxi or bike booking or any extraordinary help. But if we come to there hotel than to whom we ask such help. We booked 3 rooms for six people's but due to some emergency issues only 3 of us came. He doesn't adjust any of the rooms and tells us that it's not possible as you take the keys with you and he had feed it on his computer so it can't be changed. So we have to live single in each rooms because we have paid the full amount. On last day one family came and there was a issue of AC in their room than staff asked us if we are willing to leave one room and they will adjust some money. But the calculation logic of such adjustment is above our thinking. Owner only reduce 1000 rs for 1 day. We try to argue that this reduction is not enough but the owner doesn't care. He tells us take it or leave it, feels like we are not helping him rather begging him to take our room. Lastly the hotel always feel like living in a hostel which having a rude warden. I'm not coming back at this hotel at all. So think twice before booking this hotel.
