Royal Heritage Lake View Resort - Resort hotel in Mount Abu - Sirohi, India

This is a pathetic hotel. It doesn't even qualify for becoming a resort. Hotel is more like under renovation and with old stuff and dirty tables. Amenities are not even there. The table and rooms were not in good shape at all. Only labours are working around. The staff was also not professional. This is not at all a resort. In reality the hotel is not even worth above 2000 per room night. network was not available at the hotel. I had to come on main road to even make the call. The approach road itself is very narrow. This itself shows that the hotel was not even worth for staying. It has ruined our holiday plan completely. We were running for another hotel at the last minute with weekend on. All the hotels were sold out. This is not at all acceptable.

my experience was a complete letdown. I wouldn't recommend it to anyone. It's clear that this hotel needs to address serious issues with cleanliness, staff training, and overall maintenance. It was a huge disappointment, and I won't be returning.

The manager and staff are very good and well mannered. Had an awesome stay. Food was excellent too. Nice garden and free space between villas. Must go.

I stayed here last week and I must say that this was one of the best hotel stays I have had in terms of hospitality. The hotel staff is very warm and the manner in which they interact with the guests will surely make you happy. The rooms were also clean and well maintained. This place is horrible.. we got our food 2.5hrs late and that was the worst food I've ever had in my life.. was expensive as hell too. There was only 1 person who was doing everything. They made us change the rooms because the manager booked our room to some other family. We called the manager but he didn't answered. We agreed to change the room because the opposite party was a family with ladies and kids. We got an upgrade but still there was no water in the bathroom. We got up early.. called the reception about the water but nothing happened. They told us that it will take time. We had to move out from there immediately because we had to travel back to Indore. but please please please... Do not stay here. It's my request to y'all people.
