I recently had the pleasure of staying at the royal heritage resort during a weekend getaway with my family. What a delightful experience it was! From the moment we arrived, we were impressed. The hotel's lobby exudes elegance, and the check-in process was seamless. Our room, a Executive was spacious, impeccably clean, and offered a view of garden . The attention to detail in the room's decor and amenities truly stood out. We dined at the hotel's restaurant for breakfast and dinner, and each meal was a culinary delight. The buffet spread was extensive , Miss.Mansi is an amazing member of staff at the hotel.She took care of all hospitality including ensuring our room was available after a side scene . She extended an hour extra for checkout because we were stuck in traffic. All the staff was so helpful Highly recommended!

I recently had the pleasure of hosting our engagement party at royal heritage & resort, and it was great experience. From start to finish, the hotel staff exceeded our expectations. The event planning process was seamless. The team at royal heritage & resorts was incredibly attentive, helping us with every detail, from selecting the perfect event space to customising the menu to our liking. They made the entire planning process stress-free. Specially I would like to thank Bhupesh enough for making our engagement celebration truly special. We highly recommend this venue to anyone looking for a top-notch event space with outstanding service.

One of the great place I have stayed in past few months near Ayodhya, external greenry area is very good, location is the best hit. Food is also good but service needs improvement. Staff needs a bit more professional approach. Food quality and taste is good. Rooms were clean and tidy. Only one recommendation for hotel is to improve professional behavior of staff. Highly recommended to stay

Everything is too good. The people at reception are too good and give all the efforts to accommodate you. The staff is too cooperative. The problem is it's a little far from the city and being on the highway 'U turn' is far. Otherwise everything is fine... Love my stay there.

Nice lobby and fountain in the front, but the hotel was so so. Rooms were clean but not so pleasant a stay. Service was good. Food was ok but not great. Details below. Pillows felt old and covers were dirty. Rest of the room was clean. The bathroom was a wet bathroom with sink (no place to keep toiletries), tap and bucket to its right and then commode beyond that. So you have to get your feet wet to go to the loo or you have to take dirty shoes through the wet floor. No hot water and we had to call for help, which made us late. After keeping the tap on for 10 minutes there was finally some luke warm water. Only 2 bath towels given, no hand towel or extra towel for feet. No dustbin in the bathroom. Breakfast had a good spread of cereal, Parathas, alu-puri and the sambaar and chutney were good as well as the papaya, watermelon and channa sprout salad bar. The poha was very dry & idlis were cold. We ordered burned garlic noodles (very good but a bit oily) and baby corn msnchurian (looked nice and fresh but the baby corn itself was not ideal) and overall taste was not great. Restaurant service was slow but attentive. Overall this maybe among the better hotels in Ayodhya but between the no hot water and the wet bathroom and no extra towels, I would look for another choice for next time.

- The staff was rude and inexperience (especially restaurant staff). - Rooms were ok, not that good, not that bad. The electricity goes off and on frequently so had to start AC & TV again and again. It was frustrating. - Location wise it's really far away from the city so no near places to eat or roam around. - No lift, you have to walk the stairs. Not good for aged and old people.

Our group of 200 senior citizens from Mumbai Maheshwari Samaj stayed at this hotel on 2nd Oct. 2023. Enjoyed a lot their very good hospitality, very tasty breakfast, lunch & dinner. Present Manager is very co operative. Thanks a lot to him.

Excellent room and location. The staff here is awesome and very kind. You can easily get a good reasonable rate room. The receptionist (Ms. Mansi) is quite cheerful and was always there to help at any point of time. Do plan a stay here!!
