ROYAL HERITAGE FAMILY RESTAURANT - Family restaurant in Nanjangud - Mysuru, India

Being a Highway Dhaba, didn't expect great quality but Food was surprisingly good. Took a lunch break to have Roti and Paneer butter masala. It was prepared well. Prices are on the higher side. Washrooms are well maintained too. Plenty of parking available.

Ordered egg biryani n soup, Butter milk...no taste, food not served hot.. soup asked less spice for kid but it was no not taken care. Due to lunch crowd the response time ll be late . U have to remind 2 to 3 times for single order .. butter milk served in paper cup n taste was okish...curd was thick and good.

We went there while coming to Ooty from Mysore. By the time we visited this restaurant, there were over 800 reviews and to my surprise, it was their opening day. So why so many reviews? Anyway, we reached there at odd times (around 3 o'clock), but they served piping hot dishes. The food was good here. Hospitality was also superb. The humble team along with nice food. And we were happy to dine there. My stars given are completely based on the food served.

I would avoid it! Was not a good experience probably the time (3.30pm) of the day went in, but that should not be the reason for staff being unresponsive and bad food and uncleaned floor. If the staff says restaurant wont work from 3-6pm, then please close it during that time instead of serving cold food. We came in for biryani, none of it was available except fried rice, noodles and starters. Ordered for Schezwan Chicken and Chicken Fried Rice. Waiter confirmed our order and placed only fried rice (cold and tasteless) and he was totally unresponsive even I specifically asked for napkins, spoons and water. Later he is coming and telling if we want Schezwan Chicken, they can prepare in 5mins. We just walked away and thought it was not worth it.

Good and tasty food, inner ambience is nil. Staff is slow. So reducing one star for that. Good quality and very Tasty. I had fried rice and noodles and both were good.

Food was good...clean place....Ladies toilet was also clean....ample parking space...only setback was we ordered food by 12:30 pm when the waiter said some items will take sometime to get ready...but the other table people were having it in 5 mins time...that was the only disappointment...that's why only 4 stars

Not customer friendly at all. The waiter and the cashier needed to be asked and reminded the same thing multiple times for them to help. They didn't even acknowledge having understood our food order etc. Very poor experience and will never stop here again.

One of the Good Restaurant in Mysore ootty highway, very nice outside ambience. Amble parking available. Both Dine in and Home delivery available. We can take food outside as parking space is available. Have different cuisine available. Moderate crowded. Fruit Juice counter was closed when I visited. Packaged beverages are available.
