Royal Heritage - Hotel in Kishangarh - Ajmer, India

Looks Royal outside. But rooms could have been better. And please improve washroom hygiene. Rooms in photos looks better but not really how it was on pics. Should maintain some more hygiene. Food is good, amazing spa inside.

Only for location sake or ambiance is good but rooms are not good as in photos to check twice before booking.....food is ok Ok....for one night stay its good ....but charges are more for the Quality they provide

No doubt the hotel looks very fancy in the pictures and from outside. They highly lack manpower, too much delayed service. We were there for a pool party & the swimming pool floor has tiles missing at 2-3 places which could easily cause accidents. Moreover they did'nt even mention us to be cautious and the amt of chlorine they put in their small 4.75 ft pool is crazy. The pool has ants and other insects swimming around even after a thorough clean up. The changing room was a big mess, so disgusting, the smell and floor. Also the food is not even up to the standard of a decent cafe, being in hospitality line for such long period, and such negligence. Very disappointed. Definitely won't visit ever again.

Great hotel for the price. Great staff. They made Daal Bhatti Churma at our request, and it was probably the best version of it, we had ever eaten. One can always request chilli levels and food specifics to them. Rooms are clean, and good sized for the price. There is a pool, and a large garden area, if one wamts to walk. There is a little play area in the lawn for children. There are areas where an open cafe or restaurant could be made, but it hasn't been explored yet. Hotel is loted on the National Highway, so its difficult to miss. You could use any GPS navigation, to be doubly sure.

From outside anybody will fall in love. Inside not clean, rooms and toilet needs refurbishment thoroughly. Dirty bed sheets and matress. Curtain is not covering the window. There is a staircase outside the room balcony and anybody can access it so it has a lack of security in particular room no. 103 which i stayed. I do not recommend at this price.

Paid whooping 9.8k for 2nights for this hotel that was worthless. 1 star for the staff courtesy, otherwise this place is worn out. We stayed at the 3rd floor. The room was old, there was no proper water flow in the bathroom and the commode flush were totally slow.

Rooms are nice enough, some of them are tiny, some are spacious. But they need to maintain it better, it is easy to cut your fingers on furniture or door knobs, which sometimes do noy function properly. The staff responds to requests late, intercoms in some rooms are not even working, all of them need a through dusting, bathrooms are sub par at best. All in all a great experience soured by poor maintenance.
