The equipments here are well maintained and environment is friendly. The crowd is descent and trainers are quite knowledgeable. They are always ready to help you. Just being consistent will make wonders I believe. Overall it was a great experience. I would recommend this place if you want to channel the beast inside of you.

It's an amazing place to be in, if anyone wants to reach fitness goals. It has an amazing environment. People of all shapes and sizes are welcome here. The trainers are very friendly and encouraging. Personally all the gym members inspire me to keep going with my goals. I lost 6kgs in 2months After a few days of coming here i have become more energetic and strong mentally. And gradually i am becoming the same physically. In short it's an amazing place and environment to become more healthy mentally and physically.
