Nice place and ambience for working out, having all equipments for beginner and intermediate level workout. Located on prembazar main road which makes it easily accessible. Fees are reasonable. Male and female trainers are available. Morning opening hours are from 6 to 10 a.m. which should have been a bit more.
I had terrible experience at this gym. The staff were rude and dismissive, and when I raised the issue with the owner, I was promised that things would be better on my next visit. However, the staff continued to behave poorly and even began harassing me after I had raised the issue with the owner. The overall atmosphere at the gym was no longer positive and welcoming. In addition, the payment structure is confusing and could be improved. I would recommend staying away from this gym.
Trainers are quite good with professionalism. A bit rushy at evening hours, though the space is quite good. Best time to workout in morning and late evening hours.

Place is really good, all the trainers are well trained and friendly. The place is neet and clean. Just the equipments need to be upgraded specially trademills and crosscables. Otherwise overall its very good.
