I reserved 2 rooms in advance. The day I had to check in, I called the front desk in the morning who confirmed my rooms, and agreed ot my checkin time 10 PM. When I reached the hotel at 9 PM, he says the rooms were taken. Instead he offers me 2 rooms in deep inside Pammal. I don't know what the hotel thinks is the meaning of a reservation. A Reservation doesnt make any sense unless you hold it! A big NO!
I stay for one day and Rooms are good and the advantage is this property is very near to Chennai International Airport. The Manager Mr Madasamy is well behaved and very cooperative.
One of the worst hotels, I have ever seen and stayed in my life , no proper room service, unhygienic, no proper bathroom and staff behaviour is so bad and rooms are totally different as it is showing in the images
The Owner( Mohammad Ismail ) is very friendly and co-ordinative. He is proficient in Hindi , English , Tamil.
I feel very safe to stay in this hotel then the staff are very accommodating room rent is acceptable ,especially the kindness of Ismail and Madasamy was very helpful for us. Nice room and restroom, very cleanliness thanks
15.03.2023 I stayed here 1 day 1 night. Room was very clean. I booked single rooms air conditioned. Room charge was very reasonable. (1500 Indian Rupees). Staffs and owner of the property are very friendly and helpful. Chennai air post is 4 km from this hotel. Therefore it was easy to access the airport next day morning. The road was very rush and parking is difficult. The rooms are in upstairs and you need to take the steps. Other wise it's a quite good place to stay.
Service is good, no lift, there is no good appearance in front side and ground floor also working is going on, stay not worth for family, bachelor it's ok
