This was really good accommodation facilities for families to stay at suitable location. Enough space for vehicle parking. Hotels roos are large enough for a family to stay. Hotel rooms are maintained well with AC provision. Owner and receptionist are very kind and helpful person. **My suggestion and humble request is to make arrangements to cover drainage to develop hygienic environment at least near to entrance area. I would like to rate zero to this property. Can't image more pathetic service than this in my whole life. The owner Shrinivasan don't care about their guests he just care about money. After we paid the whole amount his behaviour turned to be so rude. The housekeeping staff is not supportive at all. She literally shouted rudely on me in her local language when I asked to clean the room. Breakfast was also never on time. I would not recommend anyone to book this property ever.

We went to pondicherry second time and this hotel/villa or whatever it was , we had a very bad experience there. Hotel owner shiva was rude man with just money mindset. He was communicating with us in english until one day when we complain about the facility and services, he started speaking in tamil so that other guest didnt know about his cheap services. He behaved bad even with me. Staff was equally careless. Never bother to clean the rooms and demanded extra payment for everything. We asked for free breakfast several times. Overall sub standard rooms and services. Do not please book it in panic. There are many hotels with reasonable price in main city. Location was too pathetic and far from main city. Taxi charged us more.

Our experience was too bad to even write here. We were with senior citizens and the way they treated us was atrocious. Services were poor. Torn bedsheets,no cleaning in rooms and no proper time of serving breakfast. Owner was money minded with no time to keep a check on staff and maintainence of property. Plz don't book it .

Only one star, that too because google has no option to give zero ratings. Here is the honest reviews. Cons: 1) owner Shrinivasan charged at the time of check-in whole amount. He behaves well till he got money. After that he was rude and rowdy. 2) location is pathetic. Plz see the pics by me. If you take taxi it will charge more as the location is outer pondi. Narrow and bad roads. 3) no cleaning on time. They asked for extra money for cleaning the rooms. Cleaning staff is pathetic too. One lady is so rude as if its our duty to clean the rooms. 4) breakfast was includes and nevee on time. 5) bedsheets were filthy and dirty. Blankets have insects. No extra bedsheets were provided for kids. Pros: Nothing good in this hotel. Its not a hotel or villa but a dharamshala. Substandard and bad .they charge you heavy amount.35k for 3 nights. And asks for extra payment for even water. PLEASE DO NOT BOOK THIS .

We got top floor rooms which were pretty new but floor dust was not cleaned. When we asked the person in charge, he said few guests came inside rooms with slippers and hence it is dirty. The mattress and bed spread were not that clean and torn. Plastic was not even removed from new mattresses. The bathrooms were clean. Price was way too high considering the service provided & distance from the city centre(~10 kms). Breakfast provided was average & ok. They demanded extra money. The app in which we booked was showing clearly the total amount, but extra money was demanded. At last we had to pay because it was night when we reached & we were tired. Don't go to this place just looking at the description they have put in booking apps. It's totally misleading. Overall not good for family people and might be ok for bachelors, but definitely not worth for the money paid.

This property is very dangerous to stay. Its not safe at all to stay here. Staff doesn't care for the safety of the customers. Surroundings are very dangerous. They are threatening if you ask for any of the basic services. Staff is not trust worthy also and be careful with your valuables when you are not at the property. Avoid this at any cost and never recommend this to anyone.

This is an amazing paying guest option for families to stay. We booked this place twice and both the times we were really satisfied. The owner Mr. Siva is a really approachable person and the reception also was very helpful. They provide all the essential amenities and additional equipments like induction stove, kettle etc. If you are looking for a good service apartment in the cuddalore-pondy road with amenities at affordable prices this is the one to choose! Weekends are generally fully booked a week in advance. So plan your stay accordingly.
