Royal Garden - Family restaurant in Ponda - South Goa, India

I had a wonderful dining experience at this restaurant. The food exceeded my expectations in terms of quality and taste. Felt butter chicken was on a sweeter side. Other than that, each dish was expertly prepared and presented beautifully.

Took * Gin flammed chicken - they burn off gin infront of you. Taste is good not great. Try if you're bored with normal starters * Mutton sukha - mutton was not cooked properly was chewy. Skip mutton from this place * Royal garden special chicken gravy - this had tandoor stuffed chicken pieces in rich gravy. Recommended Service was good and the waiter was knowledgeable. They have a full bar menu. Ambiance is good at night but nothing spectacular. Easy on eyes yellow lights and slow pop music playing throughout.

I got a chance to visit this place last week with my friends. One of the only places to serve continental food in Ponda. Well the ambience of the place is quite good with an open air garden sitting area & a good interior sitting with a large projector screen and karaoke. So yes you can experience live performances here everyday that makes the place fun and happening. Well coming to the food we tried mostly sea food as that's what we Goan crave for the most and let me tell you all the dishes were super delicious. The service here super fast with friendly & co operative staff helping you around all the time. Overall the place is good, would definitely recommend.

The food is good but the service is very slow If you are the kind of person who enjoys outdoors then the atmosphere is for you

Been to this place recently during our visit to South Goa. Nice ambience with regular table arrangement and private hut sitting options. Food served is really tasty, especially local fish preparations! Prawns we ordered were juicy, fresh & super-tasty! We enjoyed KingFish curry they recommended! A must try place if u r in South Goa!

Located on the Ponda bypass. Good family restaurant. Jam packed over weekends. Reservations recommended. Service was slow as the restaurant was full to capacity. Much needed Garden restaurant in Ponda. Food quantity is appreciated. Value for money.

Food is best ... I love ambience... best part of this restaurant is fish specially masala fry then chicken tikka ... virgin mojitos ( usp of this restaurant). Totally love but service is little bit late they should focus on fast delivery sometimes I waited more than half an hour.

Food was good but I initial service was slow. We tried prawns, chonak, vellyo, chicken chilli, chicken China Town. Chicken chilli was best. Fish was deep fried (I liked it though). Ambience is awesome, also good songs were being played.
