Best place to visit with family and friends. Love their services and hospitality. Each thing you notice at this resort you will really please for your arrival. Food taste is great
We visited your I had a pleasant experience at the resort, memorable experience for whole group but the washrooms were disappointing. They lacked cleanliness and maintenance, with broken fixtures and a shortage of supplies. However, the staff members were friendly and attentive, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere. Addressing these washroom concerns would greatly enhance the overall guest experience. With improvements, the resort has the potential to provide a truly exceptional stay. I appreciate the efforts made by the management and staff and remain hopeful that necessary steps will be taken to ensure future visitors have a satisfying experience with improved washroom facilities.
My kids went for school picnic here. The washroom were unclean. The staff were very rude to the kids. The management should train them if they want good customers. But not a ideal place
Not Safe place, Very bad Experience, Street dogs are moving in Hotel lobby, 4-5 Street Dogs bite our shoes and ran away with some of our shoes, we informed this incident to the manager so he rudely replied these are not our resort's dog we can't help you in this. Your kids are not safe in this resort dogs might bite them as well. Not recommended to any one who loves their kids. 0 start from my side. Worst management, Worst resort. Rude managers
It is a perfect family resort. The food and services are really good. Also there are three pools with rides. It's good for one day picnic. I went with my family and i actually enjoyed. The staff is very good and cooperative. And the cleanliness is very well maintained. I would recommend this resort for one day enjoyment. Great experience.
This resort is in vasai road near by highway and there are so many pools. But in this resort pool is not so deep and the lunch is not proper in lunch pizza there. Locker are also there and the locker charge is 200 rupees. 100 rupees for deposit and the locker size is small. They are not maintaining the cleaning and the charges of resort is minimum.
Good resort,food is delicious and service is awesome, cleanliness is needed, preferred for age 5-15 and old age people as rides are very small and not that great or thrilled. Also the charpoy(katla) Is charging extra rs 200 which is not good or reasonable. Overall it is good but not for adults who want thrill in life .
I have been going to this place for a while. Very hospitable . Lately it has been a disappointment. No cleaners to clean toilets. Changing rooms are filthy. They need to keep more toilets along with changing rooms. Rides are awesome, staff is friendly, must try fish pedicure. Overall ok experience.
