Friendly, accommodating staff, willing to help with a smile. Facilities, swimming pool were renovated and good looking rooms. There was a manager that helped to serve us during the set dinners, he was very helpful and polite. CLEAN & EFFICIENT The room is spacious and clean. Receptionist is very kind. Breakfast was ok. THE IMPECCABLE SERVICE The impeccable service and hospitality of your staff made our retreat most enjoyable. We were very impressed by the responsiveness of you and your staff from the planing stage till the end of our retreat. What is most commendable is that numerous request were all but acceded. PLEASANT STAY & FRIENDLY STAFF Nice cosy room. Newly refurbished room, bathroom was cleaned and bad was comfortable. Nice lobby with some sort grand old fashioned decor staffs were very friendly and service were excellent.

We had arranged a picnic to Royal Garden Resort for the Altar Servers of our Church, which included 15 children and 5 adults. The positive aspects of the visit were limited to the tasty popcorn; however, the promised Free Pizza/Pasta and Ice Gola fell short of expectations and didn't taste good at all (but that's free, so that's okay). Out of the 5 dishes for lunch, only the fried rice, which was somewhat edible, provided any relief from the disappointing culinary experience. It was disheartening to observe a disparity in the quality of food provided to those with wristbands, presumably paying more, compared to those without. This distinction extended to breakfast, where individuals with wristbands enjoyed delicacies like jalebi, while others received significantly less appetizing options, despite likely paying a substantial amount (Rs. 700-800). The setup of having a separate lobby for different groups, even when the food offerings are identical, proved to be a frustrating and unnecessary inconvenience. The resort was excessively crowded, leading to a less enjoyable and more chaotic atmosphere. Additionally, the requirement to change clothes in a public area rather than inside a bathroom was inconvenient and uncomfortable. The oversight of not providing soap in the rooms further highlighted a lack of attention to basic amenities. Furthermore, the assortment of slides varied greatly in quality, with some being enjoyable while others appeared pointless and potentially hazardous. Considering the overall experience, I cannot recommend Royal Garden Resort to others. The combination of disappointing food, inconvenient arrangements, and lack of attention to basic amenities diminishes the appeal of this establishment. It's regrettable to have to share this feedback, but improvements are essential for a more positive guest experience.

My staycation in this resort was very nice, I have taken room for my family. There are spacious room available. The staff of this resort was very supportive and polite. We have also enjoyed waterpark in the same premises After having delicious morning breakfast,which is also included in our package. Overall stay was nice. I fever to enjoy ROYAL GARDEN RESORT

The best outing spot with friends or family. In a very reasonable price they provide a lot of facilities. Spend your day here and you won't regret. Breakfast, lunch & evening snack they will provide full day meal. Water rides are amazing. Everything is perfect.

The place is good actually, it is big for the kids who wants to get refresh and adults who wants to get detox from their life so they can visit here. Food was good actually you get so many varieties, morning breakfast and lunch ,also the other fast items at a particular time so you will not be roaming around empty stomach. There is also water rides and sitting area. Also the changing room were there but there were no hooks to hang your clothes.they provide you lockers and bed to keep your clothes and bags and someone to sit to look after or else prefer lockers. There is also dashing cards,shooting balloons games, temporary tattoos and restaurant to eat on your own cost. Very nice hotel.

Place is nice for tea break from travel, they serve you fresh and good quality food with reasonable price. Location is good for highway travellers. Snacks, lunch and dinner menu is also available here and lots of varieties are available. Staff is kind and co-operative. Shopping area available, parking is available, washrooms are available. Washroom must be more clean and neat and water must be available there. I visited this place in this week but washroom light and water was not working properly. It must be checked by responsible person. AC in washroom was too much high.

It was fun as we have booked a room for party...also enjoyed in water and fun rides as well. More crowded during holidays also far from Naigaon station. Fare for rikshaw or taxi is more than 100 sometimes

Reasonable price. Nearby distance from Mumbai. Food quality okay. Good water park and swimming pool. Good for water lovers. Children can enjoy best. Toilets and washing area needs some cleaning. Needs some proper convenient arrangments for serving tea, snacks and food to seniors.
