Very nice gym, it is open 24*7 so that's wonderful... Just go whenever you want Trainers are all very helpful. They keep the instruments clean.

Probably the best gym to which I have gone - in terms of equipment they have in the area. This gym is on two floors with the first floor of the gym occupying the cardio area along with the reception and locker and washrooms for men and women. The upper floor is where the weight training takes place along with some great cardio machines assembled for members with stair master being a favourite as not many gyms have that. All the machines and place are neatly and well maintained (Kudos to the support staff) and there will always be a set of trainers ready on the floor to help or suggest when needed. The gym provides locker facilities and maintains very neat and hygienic rest rooms which also consists of a steam room for those who want to relax. Peak hours you can expect some rush, like all good gyms should but if you can make up time, it's always better as you'll have your own place and pace to do your exercises. If you are serious about fitness, this is the place to be in the area for now. When you finish your body will thank you for the work you put in.

Pros: well maintained gym in the neighborhood. Group classes are good. Good place only if you are willing to take personal training as a beginner. Cons: All the trainers have been changed during the last few weeks. The new Trainers are seen guiding only to specific people at any given time. No trainer corrects you even if you are doing wrong in front of them A Big NO for beginners. Management should take this seriously. Being added as an elite cult gym, these needs to be taken care.

I joined this gym before 2 weeks and I have started seeing the changes in body. Trainer will give you knowledge for body functioning. Every trainers are very nice and they focus on every customers. I would recommend this gym to join because of following reasons : 1. Trainers are very good they will guide you if you are not doing properly any exercise. 2. Floor is Spacious and clean. 3. Equipment's are good and well maintained. 4. Flexible plans for membership. 5. Positive vibes as soon as you enter the gym.

I love working out at this gym, trainers are well professional, i didn't find such professional trainers at any of the gym, Well maintained, and you will always find housekeeping around you to clean the equipments.

This is by far the best gym i have ever been to. Super spacious, Amazing facility, top equipment and great environment. Good service with friendly staff and super clean and comfortable gym for everyone from beginners to professionals moreover The trainers at the gym are very polite and helpful too. I've been training with Mr.Sharath for almost one month now, and believe he is one of the most experienced & committed trainers around. really enjoyed the variety & challenge he put into the sessions. Mr. Sharath is focused on helping me achieve my goals and makes every session challenging (& somehow fun). My fitness has increased noticeably and I've seen improvements in my ability to complete more sit ups / core exercises, lift progressively & generally push myself harder throughout each session. I find I actually look forward to my workouts. Importantly: - He ensures that my technique is always correct to avoid any injuries. - He is extremely reliable & punctual - always set up & ready to start training ahead of time, with an exercise routine planned. I thoroughly enjoy working out environment, and would recommend Mr. Sharath to anyone looking to improve their fitness with a dedicated trainer.
