The showroom agents were so polite and friendly, I test drive few bikes and booked my HNTR 350. The delivery only take 1 week. The Quality of the bike was not good as i think. - There were few Rust in the fuel tank - The battery was fully drained at the delivery and they have to replace the battery after giving me the keys.

Last month I had given my new standard 350 bullet (bullet delivered on 16/12/2022) for first service at Royal Enfield Service Center, Vatupuzha (20/12/2022). Very poorly serviced. (19/01/2023) Me, wife and little one while driving, the back wheel spoke broke and the rim was damaged. .Muvattupuzha Royal Enfield Service Center is not looking for customer satisfaction. The staff do what they want and say let's take the bike and go. Very rude behavior.
