I never seen a worst service ever. Today I went to service my brother's bike and they have gave me a bill of 1600/- and the replaced product rate is only 600/- and there is a general service charge of above 800/- which they didn't inform me earlier and they didn't even reduce a single penny. The attitude of the staffs are very poor. I never gonna give the vehicle here. Really disappointed.
I recently had an issue with my bike's battery, which is why I decided to get it serviced here. However, I'm quite disappointed with the service I received. It appears that they didn't thoroughly inspect the problem, and to my surprise, there were no mechanics available to address the issue properly. This has been a very frustrating experience for me, and I cannot recommend their service based on how poorly it was handled.
Had an engine issue with my himalayan bs6. My vehicle was taken to SS MOTORS for more than 5 times in 4 months and was kept in their service centre for around 2 months to address the same issue. Wasted 4-5 months.
Atlast i had to consult another service centre to get it done. They had to replace the whole engine again due to the damage done by the repair of SS motor's inexperienced team. Also, my vehicle faced additional damages (oil leak, misplaced engine wiring, engine noise, engine heating, misaligned back mudguard, engine light popping up ) due to their low quality service.
If you seriously love your himalayan bike, stay away from them!
I am very disappointed with my experience here. I would not recommend this showroom to anyone. The service here is hopeless

It's a normal Hotel with very spacious dining area(Ac/non AC). The food is attractively priced and damn good.
The staffs behave very well. The menu is similar to a normal hotel but They do provide variety of ice creams, faloodas, shakes and Snacks.

I ate shawarma and porota. Both are delicious, Cooked to decent taste.
The shawarma was good as no more ingredients were added and the porotta is very soft, I loved the simplicity.
The simple and clean interior also helps to enjoy the food.
