This place will make you regret for buying Royal enfield Worst service.. Manager is rude.. My fuel injection pump had some problem in it ,manager told me he'll order one for me...and he told that I'll receive my order in 15 days,after 15 days I called him ,he told me to wait for another 7 days, after 7 days I called him 8 -9 times daily but he didn't respond and atlast he told me to wait for 10 more days, even after 2 months my problem wasn't fixed ,after that I called royal enfield customer service,and they put me on conference with him,and then I got to know he didn't place the order only in the first place, After that I called him to ask about it he talked very rudely to me,and told me to get it fixed from somewhere else , Then I went to a service centre in Sagar they ordered fuel pump and got the bike fixed for mw within 4 days.. So never go to this service center ever.

First learn how to talk customers . Sales manager is worst fst thing. Better thing u will suspend. He behave like manager of a showroom worst
