Very supportive staff here....nice experience today I had gifted a New Royal Enfield Chrome Red for my dad... it's one of my dreams.

Worst service, you have to visit multiple times to fix one issue. They always try to resolve the issue temporarily, the same problem will occur again. When ever you visit service centre they will say mechanics are not available and it will take time. Though my bike has engine off issue while driving (Engine will get stop every one KM)I drove 50km to Kurnool, now they are saying come tomorrow. They never understand the customer problems. We have service centre in our locality, but mechanic won't be available there.

If u really wanna have good experience with Royal enfield , this dealer is to be choosen..for any business to sustain good ownership is ultimately required and they do it efficiently..apart from sales they are experienced and sober. Without doubt choose them

Worst response. I have purchased Royal Enfield Meteor 350 and opted for Special Number. But this people assigned me a normal number. Delivery time also irregular response from the show room staff. The store manager should look after this issues. Very bad response.
