Service isn't good the mentioned issues were not fixed at the first service. Didn't get any booklet, first service any proof from the showroom asks many times even the replaced Aloe wheel were not returned to me they don't have any commitment. Sometimes I think it was my mistake to purchase Royal Enfield bike!! After the service the service person ask me to open the website for review and he took my phone and without my permission he gives the 5 star rating. I am very disappointed with this behaviour.

Dealership is great but | WORKSHOP IS VERY BAD INCOMPETENT WORKERS WHO ALWAYS REFUSE TO ACCEPT THE PROBLEMS AND SHOW ATTITUDE. Better to go saharanpur or any other big shop.
