Worst show room .... Customer support is very poor and don't go through HDFC Finance service here' is one fraud guy is there and he is talking very nicely nd debit money from customers bank account without customer knowledge... initially he get sign in form from customer without fillings the form ( blank form ) and after getting signature he filling in own . He is put unnecessary insurances .....and wastage of customer money ...... kindly I request to royal enfield show room management please take care of customers support and finance system ..... ....

I recently had my second-year interval service for my Himalayan done at this service center. It was a fantastic experience, and I want to express my gratitude to the individual who guided me through the significance of replacing certain components. Additionally, the customer lounge was good.

Very very worst experience you could not negotiate any parts but why are you not giving a good service Frist of all you want a customer satisfaction. But why you didn't satisfy customers...

I have accidentally visit this showroom to renewal of insurance for my friend . Look from outside is really awesome . Neither customer service is very much poor . What I crossed with is that If a customer walk-in firm should greet them to place sit . It is mandatory for getting customer attention. They failed at the second from my thought . I'm not complaining the royal enfield at all . This dealer is not to chosen .

Good atmosphere.Excutive are good and they are handling customer with smile and good..... The showroom was awesome looking...the financ also available in the showroom.....

Good persons are plaxed in that show room.. I like that accountant person and manager they are speaks kindly and respectively ..... I like that experience

Worst experience of exchanging my old bike in this showroom after exchanging I brought new bike in feb 2023 and still now my old bike name transfer and further procedures are not done they sold my bike to one of their dealers by outsourcing and agreement which they gave me is also not valid the showroom is not responding to this matter.so guys i recommend everyone one to make a not one this before buying a bike from this particular showroom. Now it's 7 months and no response. Their only aim is sales after sales their behaviour will totally changed. I called several times to this showroom manager regarding this matter he is one of the kind person I ever talk and he has also no proper response to this

Visited this Show room two days back with a genuine intention of getting details and buying a bike from my native place. The show room looks nice from outside and many new vehicles parked outside. Stepped inside for enquiry and got a bad and rude response from a sales executive. Came out bitterly deciding not to buy from here...Even at this level they behave rudely, certainly this dealer and staff wont provide proper after care..
