Not any facility available and services provided by showroom was very wrust not its like customer friendly behaviour.....

Purchased Classic 350 BS6 from here....Overall the showroom environment is great... showroom equiped with speakers to entertain customer at same time spot lights and other small touches like military couch and camping chairs gives customer a premium experience. Staff members is also great and gives you water, coffee and tea.While going through purchasing it takes almost 1 hrs.They accept cheque but not give bike until cheque cleared in 2 day so that's a weird thing for me.. Service Experience is also be shared with all users after 1st service

The staff is just selfish and if you want to purchase the bike you have to buy accessories along with it and extra money for RC.

Worst ever. I wont say just as royal enfield showroom but also as a human being they are the worst ever Before delivery they will make you enormous promises about getting the bike delivered early but one they receive the money they wont even guide you on how to start the bike All promise will be declined Basic necessary document work will not be done Dont even know how to talk to women They only want money Worst service not trustable at all Do visit at your own risk

Services are not up to the mark already taken extra money for insurance and RC Please buy from some other dealer that are not like these people

The showroom is quite impressive especially the staff member is too good and helpful. If you want to have a Royal Enfield Bullet then absolutely contact then they will tell you everything about your purchase. The service is also good. > Almost all the Classic model bike is available but if you want to buy another model then you have to wait maximum 49 days.
