Pathetic service for customers. Attempted to service my bike 3 times here. As part of general service, they are not even bothered to rectify complaints. Failing miserably to solve issues. Even after telling reporting washing issues for consecutive 3 times, they are not even bothered to solve problems. Highly recommended to skip this service centre for ur bikes. You will be followed up with store manager and he walks away from issues reported . There is a sincere feedback team working who calls us for rectifying issues again.. but never follow their words as it's unsolved and untruthful . Most of the time reported the issues to customer care team . They are active to follow up upto two days and energy goes down for them. One must be patient to the core to visit this center.
Top one among the worst showrooms in Kerala. Not even a single part is available here.. Some arrogant mechanics and staff. It's a must-see show of love before taking a bike. The whole event looks like going to the service is doing something for free
Poor service. I don't think whether they are aware what is the meaning of Say do Ratio. I got the message as Vehicle is ready for delivery at 5, now it's near to 7 PM, still the vehicle is not ready. While asking, just got to know that they have taken the vehicle for washing out side. Stupid process and weak management that what my experience today.
Service team is far better and experienced now compared to the first 2years. Satisfied with the Service and Delivery. Hope this continue going forward.

Worst service aswell as worst behavior of staffs. They dont bothered about our time.
Overall experience is okay, if we order some spare parts then the time given for the spare parts delivery seems to be too bad i.e. 3 weeks. Feels like I should go and collect from the manufacturing site.
