Pathetic And Extremely Slow Service And Staff, I Entered the showroom on exactly 12:30Pm and Vehicle was handed over to Service Department on 12:45, They Literally Took It to 5Pm for a normal servicing of bike, the staff kept delaying the process again and again, The day was Friday and you can imagine the scene on Sunday, If you do not want to waste your valueable time and money then you can hire a private/individual mechanic for servicing

Every thing is good but staff ko customer ki time ki valuation smjhni chahiye..... Although its good in town

So I was here with a friend recently to test ride a "Hunter" as he's looking to buy a new bike. Service was excellent! Everyone we spoke with was courteous & helpful. We were hosted by Rupali who immediately arranged for a ride on request & without much fuss. After the ride, she also laid out our purchase options in a very comprehensive & patient manner. A big shoutout & thank you to her! RE has indeed come a long way, both in terms of their machine quality & their customer service. Definitely recommend. 5/5.
