Look wise the place is good , people managing are also good. But the place is small, they kept the AC at 21degree Celsius. But since, it's summer and the celling is made tin and also the front part is full of glass. The room temperature was about 25 degree. I was sweating and didn't want to stay there at all
It's Royal Enfield showroom...also they have to service available beside the showroom... people don't have to wait too much just within 2-3 hr they usually do the work...and they are quite good in service...

Its unfortunate to tell , that I have faced very worst service experience with Riders Royal Endfield Dibrugarh from the beginning. Let me get clear for you what I have experienced since two weeks with them, Two weeks ago I hand over my Enfield Himalayan to them as the battery was discharging at every single year . Its my 3rd battery in just 4 years,as we all know a single bike battery could last for min 3 years, So I filed a complaint to company,they came with a "so-called" solution that fog lamp was creating a issue but they aren't ready to give me a permanent solution . I hope any bike owner in future will not face these kind of situation.
A professional and nice experience among the RE showrooms in Northeast. The support and prompt response by the staff and Mr Bhaskar is very useful and encouraging to riders like me. Keep it up and all the best.
