No one came to assist or to give information about the article when I visited. I myself has to ask several times to different people for a simple price. Time of visit was noon after 2PM, guys were busy with the cashier girl or whatever. One executive was busy with phone. Pathetic cx experience.

very nice and well decorated. the guy at the store didn't know anything about the products the company owns. giving wrong information about the motorcycle. not taking that into account overall a very convenient outlet.

If u guys can't able to provide number early y u guys take the responsibility giv it to us we can do that.... Police ka penalty kon daga...

Their association with us was superb, even they managed to give my meteor 350 in just 1 months. So I am thankful for that.

Don't purchase bikes from here very poor service they are not going to give your bike until it's 4th or 5th month of your booking sometimes more. I suggest you to purchase RE bike from West Bengal or Assam.

Robbing people nothing else..i serviced my bike in many parts of northeast but none looted like PNR is looting their customers in the name of service charge/Labor charge.Never going to service again nor will ever recommend to buy RE bike.They were good before but now they are just robbers.
