Worst worst ... giving 1 star as no option for negative rating.. pathetic service.. after 2nd service i found handel alignment issue and because of time constraints wont able to visit immidiately to report the issue.. today 26th nov (after 1 month of service) told the problem and they took test drive after that agrees with alignment issue. But later after their discussion with supervisor they again went for test drive and came back saying now it resolved. I took small test and found now the alignment is shifted to opposite side . Then he service man went again for test ride and came back saying now its been resolved.. i asked him why not he is checking in service station so he said we dont have the space.. now i am waiting here for my turn as they said need to dismental the handle to check.. Question is that can the problem resolved with only test ride? Or they do something on test ride which they cant do in service centre Why they think that customers are fool. After sales service need to be more transparent and geniune.

Worst experience; even sales executive can take decisions in service department if spare parts of your new bike to be replaced or not and that's too it doesn't matter if your bike is in warranty period. While free servicing of your bike they can easily ask to go to outside/ local vendors to fix problems in your new bike.
