I bought my bike on 6th June 2023 but haven't got my RC Even after 4 months. The sales peoples just take Customers for granted. Worst experience. They Never give satisfactory response about the RC. Even they didn't attend my calls.

Since I moved out of India, I brought my 11 yrs old Classic from Bangalore to hometown. Due to past poor service experiences, I had stopped visiting to RE service center for servicing since couple of years, but the experience here was awesome. Definitely the best service, my RE Classic has ever received.
Special Thanks to Mr. Manjinder and his team for doing a fantastic job and making sure all the issues were fixed and returning the engine and chrome parts to its original glory (shine) as if it's brand new.

I have purchased my bike royal enfield 350 black standard on 19th may 2023. Till now royal enfield agency staff not processed my file to RTO level. I am visiting again and again at the agency but every time they give excuses and delay the process. Almost 3 months go when i had contact with Rto office then they said mandatory documents also not submitted by them.This is very shameful for the royal enfield agency. Behaviour is also not good and they talk in an egoistic manner.
