I hv never seen such poor service at any RE show room, No idea about their Sales services, but I m telling the troubles I faced in service centre of this show room, Their service is very very poor, also their staffs behaviour is not good. Plz Don't give your bike at this show room service centre. Just imagine they took almost 2month plus for a minor service of my bike. I was highly disappointed form their service.
The worst service and staff, I strongly recommend to who want to buy royal enfield bikes from golden motors, dont buy from this showroom the staff is very rude and they dont even a person to answer to customer question I STRONGLY RECOMMEND TO EACH AND EVERY ONE WHO WANT TO BUY ROYAL ENFIELD BIKES FROM GOLDEN MOTORS DONT BUY FROM THIS SHOWROOM
At service point there is a TV, but no recharge. There is a toilet but no light. This shows how things are monitored and maintained.
Sales and Service both are very poor and pathetic. Have not seen such poor customer service. Seriously, I wonder how this showroom operates so badly. If you have an option of choosing any other near by service centers or showrooms, please do visit there. Avoid this place.
Their attidue to incoming customers is lackadaisical, just like a government office. No test ride bikes available and no words on when it'll be available. I went in with the intention of buying a bike and returned deciding never to return to the showroom.
They just need to improve their service quality, Bad customer service occurs when a business fails to meet the customer's needs and expectations, Very poor service, not as expected, the staff behavior and the time they are claiming is 90 mins but they r unable to fulfill that. The washroom is in very poor condition. Sadly had a bad experience there.

Worst service ever .....they are not punctual...not giving importance to free service...the staffs are very rude to the customer....Don't want to come here again...using mobil in chain ...whose use is prohibited....I have to tell the technician to use the chain lube ...water service is not available
