Beautiful place for Royal Enfield fans. Plenty of choices in every cadre. Staff are very friendly. Very clean and hygienic. Pleasure to the eyes. New launches are quickly available in this showroom. I have test driven a Scram 411 but still confused to take a final decision. But soon I may own one. All kinds of accessories are also available here. I don't know if they have a club for the owners but it seems they have.
I was purchase a Meteor 350 Steller Black from Balasore Royal Enfield Showroom before one month but before 15days my horn stop working when I ask for claim they told me for purchase a new horn from my wallet .. If i claim my horn then wait for 12hrs.. I was not buying Royal enfield for this type of service.. Royal Enfield spare parts quality is too low.. I was using a Bajaj Pulser 150 before this but their service is too cool from Royal Enfield.. Everyone knows about Royal Enfield for The Brand but your service department not knowing the Brand Value... Thank You
It was such a nice experience visiting and buying Hunter 350 from this show room . I bought the bike on my very first go because of the cordial and friendly behavior of owner as well as staffs. The staffs here are also cooperative and supportive..
Customer service is very worse. Once you brought the vehicle they will not bother you.
