Royal Enfield Showroom - Motorcycle shop in Bhind - Bhind, India

I purchased bullet 350 standard on 1 January 2023 from bhind madya pradesh I have many issue in this bike from starting but it's enough yesterday while riding around 16 spokes of back tire are broken so I called at showroom about this issue so they tell me come at showroom. today I visit bhind showroom for help about that issue but they told me we can't do anything about this issue and tell me that you can go on market and repair by ourself overall I am not satisfied from royal Enfield services and rude behavior from staff I feel helpless right now this is dream bike for me but after purchase I faced many problems from this bike I never suggest anymore royal Enfield bike to anyone.

Time waste, without support and potti by design. Royal End working with field manager. They hold my money in their account for 10 days,so where's my MONEY'S interest and who will answer for this

I don't even know how to talk to the staff, I don't know who says I'm eating, I talk to the manager, it's useless, very poor service. .Our rating which is given by your hand is also given by my phone, now I have changed that along with me they also gave their phones.

Behaviour of staff is very bad and there is no specialised staff and one more thing they didnt check anything..........and they also dont tell snything about the product or service
