Is this Royal enfield showroom? This is Not a way to handle custmers, all desi staff here with no manners ya service manager is real good, his behave is really nice but just for install backrest 4 hours wait and showroom Air condition? It will better to hang fan, We are Royal enfield custmers and they treating like a bycycle shop have to imrpove custmers serivce at leat 4 hours waiting periods they can offer water tea, hope Royal enfield can chance this thing soon..

Prefer a local mechanic rather then going to this showroom-cum-service center of Royal Enfield bike Sign board shows Enfield will be serviced within 90 mins but Went there on Saturday and the reply was engineer is not available, Didn't even got emergency relief so after Being disappointed had to go to a local mechanic for resolving my Enfield problem

good and Fast service made me happy . they can improve their speed . and stop adding money for the smallest things .other than that everything is good .
