I think all the reviews are not genuine. Service center is an ultimate flop. Really sorry guys for rating 1 Star review after facing repeatedly bad experiences.

The service staffs were very friendly, communicative and helping. But the center doesn't have enough spare parts. Amaron battery was down for my Himalayan which has only run for around 6000+ km. And they don't even have a spare to replace it. They said Amaron would need the defect battery to be sent to them to get the new one. But it's Royal Enfield's responsibility to have spares so that the customer wouldn't have to wait more than a day to use his vehicle. It took three days for me to get my bike back on road. That also because they got another broken Himalayan, Irony!!! This is not first time. Last time since they didn't had gear part of the vehicle,I had to use adjusted gear after it got twisted by an accident. They should get out of the shadow of the name Royal, because they aren't anymore. They even don't buy spares and they consider people to buy their things with big money that they usually cost less in the market. I hope they ll learn their lesson by the introduction of Dominor and Jawa type bikes.

The customer service is pretty bad i say.I had visited here last week for 1st service of my friends Meteor 350 and the approach of staffs were bad.
