Nice showroom Service is not much good should have to improve the service

The after-sales service of this showroom is very poor. Everyone, from the manager to the sales-staff, don't care at all if you ask about any problem with the bike. I'm facing issues in my meteor 350, it's a 3 months old bike, went to the showroom twice but to no resolve! Edit: I got a call from showroom after posting the above review. I was called to the showroom and the problem has been resolved.

Whole service was super smooth, "Mr Vijay Tiwari" was very helpful through out the process, loved the quick response and support from him. I Will look forward to get the same support and service in future. A Happy Customer...

I am very disheartened with the service of 6th gear. My vehicle is 12 months old and is covered under rsa warranty for 3 years 1. Service guy tookmy vehicle 2 days ago via rsa, due to flat battery. The battery was flat. He mentioned to get it fixed in a day. It dint happen. 2. He mentioned he ll have to take battery out for charging. But never informed me about the charges. 2 days wend nothing happened. When I followed up he mentioned it ll take another day and he ll get the vehicle dropped. 3. Today, the third day no one called and I followed up again, now the service guy Mr Rakesh power mentioned that he will need two hundred bucks to drop else - aap aao aur le jao gaadi, charge toh lagega My question to you is 1. There was three days delay and no follow up and info was provided on the status of the vehicle. Why ? 2. I wasn't informed about the drop charges, what is the use of rsa if I have to pay extra charges for flat battery and drop ? 3. Due to your show rooms in capability, the battery wasn't charged and you used a third party to get it charged, so why will I have to pay 221 rupee for that ? You lack communication in taking approvals and your service is very disheartening, instead of being compassionate you are imposing charges. By the way I have made the payment but that's not fair.
