Very professional and polite staff. The only problem is there is no phone network, at least make free Wi-Fi available, and a mini cafeteria would be advisable.

We went to Royal Enfield service centre to get the chain checked , as it is loose or not , so at first SK pachauri ji , reviewed the bike and said whole chain spoket will be changed for 2500 and he is making such decision without having proper knowledge then my bike was checked by another mechanic and he said chain is okay and fine , so I was just shocked what if I had spended 2500 , so pls think before spending

No wifi, even mobile network doesn't come inside the service center.. So if you are coming for servicing and spending time waiting for your bike, be prepared. Staff is well-behaved, well trained mechanics.
