Royal Enfield Service Center - Vintage Auto Corp - Two Wheeler Repair Shop in Sasaram - Rohtas, India

Today I spoke to RE Sales team. I was asked to visit Vintage motors to book RE Himalayan by making a payment of 10000INR. I visited the aforesaid dealer. I notice that the guy I spoke to before coming here is busy doing his own stuff. I spent almost 30 mints siting and watching people who r engaged in their own stuff. Nobody has time to attend a customer who came here yo PAY and by a product in this dealership. After more than 30 mints, I broke my silence and asked the lady behind the desk about what to fo when no one is there to attend a customer? In d mean time the So called Branch Manager popped up and asked in an authoritative way " You want to book or u don't want to book.? I realised dat if these guys r talking so arrogantly now then what the hell will they do n behave when I have made the payments? So I choose to walk out of this showroom in sasaram. I registered a complaint as well at RE website about the bunch of unprofessional people who r spooling RE's name. I prefer to buy my RE from another place but never from this dealer ship.

Average, they don't experience mechanics and spare parts of Himalyan. Overall good.

They say that changing engine oil is mandatory to have servicing. They even denied doing servicing when I was in no mood to change engine oil but was left with no option as I went there for servicing 25km away from my residence. It's pure loot. That guy was so rude and unprofessional. Zero star for him. They charged me 200 for some work which was not mentioned in bill. They told it's length work which they need to do but it got done in 2 minute even I was not sure whether it's done or not and that amount was not in bill. They changed one bulb which was not in there store neither on bill but I was charged 40 for that which was again given to another greedy mechanic. No polish was done on bike at the time of delivery. I visited for the first and last time to this showroom/servicing because of there behaviors, greediness, unprofessionalism and not transparency in bill. I have raised all this issue to there management not sure about the action but in last as a customer I was on wrong side the coin to visit this service center. My recommendation is big no for this service center.

The staff at billing counters are unprofessional. They will start misbehaving if you raise any query to them. Totally a worst customer experience.

Highly unprofessional. They are high with Ganja while working and they always talk unprofessionally. Do try to find other service center but don't visit this.if visiting be ready to fight.
