Nice service centre Very friendly staff and they are all service oriented people I wanna mention one thing unique about this service centre rather than others is they are maintaining a queue process if ur bike is first in the queue till all problems of ur gets cleared the assigned mechanic won't touch another bike ... It's very good

This showroom gave me a negative impression. I had reserved my RE Super Meteor 650 for the middle of March 2023. The initial delivery promise was made between the end of May. Finally, after four cancellations, they delivered in the third week of October. Royal Enfield sales and service have no business ethics. We must follow-up on everything and provide reminders, otherwise it will be taken for granted. This kind of mindset must be altered. We don't receive anything for free here.

For service better choose some other branches or better choose local mechanic, poor service asking us to buy spare material I don't know how those guys got 4rating,if we fail to follow up them your bike will be the last bike or it make take 2more days if it's Saturday evening, to maintain the comment decorum I'm putting it to end ......

After Servicing I'm giving this Feedback Kindly don't go and waste your money here The worst experience is that they're change the parts without our knowledge and Simply they're giving a Bill to pay.. And The service also not good they're wantedly repair our bike for money....While I'm coming to the service centre My bike Front Break is good after their service it's not working, They're saying that we have to pay and repair that what they broken in bike... Simply I say One thing KINDLY GO ANOTHER SERVICE CENTRE....Bcz It's not a Cheap bike.. If U go once to this service centre Often You can face repairs in urz bikes... KInDLY DOn'T gO AnD WAsTE YOUR MOnEY . . Waiting hall Maintenance is Not Good... It's too hot and unable to be seat inside.

Most of the positive reviews here are either for the showroom or given by the people working here. Give it a read before you take your bike for service again. Goal is to make money by creating a problem and ruining the vehicle condition. Inexperienced staffs are going to experiment things on your bike. Mine is a classic example; my bike's top speed was 120km/hr now it has been reduced to 80km/hr. Why would someone remove the spark plug for the drop in pickup? This sums it all. Wish there was an option to give a zero star.

Pathetic customer service, Additional charges are being imposed by merchant for credit cards swiping (2% charges) during the purchase of my RE hunter 350 which is not at all aligning with RBI guidelines, also the rational given by the dealer end is not sticking to any regulations,
