Professional people, good understanding of the vechile ,has been visiting them since 2013 and never been let down. Many a time they went beyond working hours to deliver my bike on time before rides .

First service centre in the world whare bike performance was batter before servicing. Before service my Himalayan was performing extremely superb. Now suspension started giving noice issue gear got harder. And even basic nut were loose I was riding at 100 km handle got down bcs nuts pf handle was not tight this happened in 1 day after service They don't even mention der launch time. They have nearly 6-7 mechanic all of them goes for launch together. They don't even mention der launch time. RE thinks bike owner are free when ever service centre vll tell dem to come. we should be der. Dear ROYAL ENFIELD kindly give professional training to your executive how to handle client politely Posting pics wer they didn't even mentioned launch time. Don't understand it is PROFESSIONAL SERVICE CENTRE OR GOVT BANKS.

Very pethetic service given by this service centre please do not visit again very bad experience from my last 2 bike service, always there some styasm problem in billing counter m not getting the my original bill till date and they are taking some extra charges in bill if you ask to explain the bill but no one is explain the whole bill specially who making job card they are treated like manager there ,they don't have the value of customer. Even the ground staff is good to there work but there is no safety in service centre for ground staff if you come early with your bike to get service your bike but you spend atleast 3 to 4 hour there is no value for customer no follow up are there between the staff also no co ordination with any of the staff members specially who is making a job card the person only do the job card but no follow up taken even who is issued the part for bike they are also not aware about bike and the whole process are doing very slow.if your bike is ready but still you spen 1to2 hour for the a process because no one is aware about the bike job card billing person not awar about the job card, and the person who is making the job card they totally buzy in other work One more thing I just want to highlight about safety of ground staff there is no safety for them because the place is very small and I think the who I s taking vehical in for service they need to think about the space inside and the ground staff also I just want share the pic of my vehical you can see after wash there some space which is not clean properly and some oil dent also not clean properly very disappointed waste of time waste of money I think this is not the royal Enfield service centre its local service centre.not deserving for any of star for rating

This service center is located quite remotely. Serving is good and the staffs are really good. Royal Enfield need to open one or more service center near Ambarnath and badlapur.

Worst service provided by the floor supervisor and the manager of the floor. Called me at 10:15 reached their service center within 15-20 min. Ther service attended attend me after 15 min . When initially the CS reps called me I clearly told her. Can it be done early as I don't have much of work on my motor cycle. She said will give a short. When all detail filled up . I was given a time of by 12 pm it will be ready but later on they are said it may take time till 2:00 pm. It's frustrating , disappointed and I would not recommend people to visit this service centre if they value time and a man of commitment. Next time I would avoid coming here.
