Worst severe centre..The manager and the head machanic is just abusing customer in their local language, sad that such a big brand put such low quality staffs. Should replace them asap

This is the reason why enfielders are a community in itself. I was involved in a tyre puncture scenario and had no idea of whom to approach or what to do. Searched up this nearby service centre in shillong, and I must say it's one of the best service I have received- for anything hands down. The service consultant Claren and her associates were much courteous and reassuring and I got my motorcycle serviced and the issue resolved in record time. Much grateful to the team there.

Good service for the bike. The staff were helpful and you can observe when they service or fix the bike. The only problem with the workshop is the lack of spare parts available and the time it takes to get them.

In my perspective this is the best royal Enfield showroom I've ever seen. They r friendly and helpful. And the best part is within 2 hours they keep your bike ready.

Very friendly and helpful staff, however the immediate availability parts is very discouraging. If shops in Keating road can have the parts, why can't you? In fact Keating road shops should be buying genuine parts from you guys and not the other way around. Please look into that.
