By far the worst service center, 1. every time I give my thunderbird 500 for service its not properly done and new problem raises, 2. I had some clicking notice from fork side They said fork razor need to be replaced but even after replacement the sound still exists AT THIS FORK SERVICE THEY BROKEN TANK BOLD AND TRIED TO PULL IT OUT with pipe wrench AND IT FAILED THEY JUST DELIVERED THE BIKE WITHOUT TELLING ME, AFTER THAT TILL DATE I AM HEARING WIRED VIBRATION I CANT FIND THE ISSUE IN LAST SUNDAY I PLANNED TO WASH THE VEHICLE ON MY OWN TO AVOID THE TANK COVER BECOMING WET I REMOVED IT BY REMOVING SEAT THEN I FOUND THIS TANK bolt DAMAGE, 3. Oil leak a major issue with royal enfield i told them in last 3 service but never fixed, they just pasted some glue to stop oil leak but still leaking from other place its just 8000kms done. 4. On one service I asked to replace battery rubber strap they replaced but forgot to tighten the battery clamp bolt, i was traveling to valparai and hearing some wiered noise and vibration from battery side then after coming home I checked the battery side the battery clamp bolts loosened and went away. 5. I told them to fix the battery clamp screw in next service but they were busy and not fixed that and delivered it (also charged me for general check up) 6. another battery issue came battery drains quickly (its battery problem) i gave for service they checked the issue by fixing another battery and found the battery is the problem they advised me to change the battery which is a right ok but at that i again told them you have not fixed the battery clamp screw what I have been telling for last 2 service kindly fix it but they just delivered it with out fixing it at this service i only gave bike for battery service they are so so busy. They will talk like they know everything and not even take notes about the problems we say if we say any problem ok sir we will do it but it won't happen, its like person coming to doctor for fever and getting brain surgery old funny joke but it perfectly suits them. The HIGHLIGHT is they do another level of service they broken the tank bolt and just packed the vehicle and delivered, how many times we say them to fix the battery clamp bold they dont do or forget because they are so busy I don't know what else work the service center have other than doing proper service and rectifying the problems. Why we choose service center ? Its because they do necessary service replace worn out spares periodically and rectify the problems we say, but the basic logic itself is missing here." They just want to do the service in terms of quantity not quality "

Worst,so many complaints occur after general service for ex: carparator complaint rectified in service,but the petrol spitting error found in purge valve area and again go to the service centre and explain the scenario and service persons jointly discussed and finally the purge input line hose inner side to ball roller fixed to arrest the petrol leak.again new error found petrol not releasing from tank to carparator once the tank cap open petrol downfall occurs ..poor knowledge in service persons ..not capable for service in Pollachi service centre

Iam being a RE sure for past 6 years and i felt happy till my last bike service. The present service team (july 2023) response and services are not good. I would rate zero.

I have like the service and customer response also like the ontime delivery of vehicle after service with no more delays.

On my purchase i requested early delivery and they did perfectly and satisfied me and my family I love to be in RE family And this Bharath motors RE showroom offers good support during purchase. I was riding to athirampally from Chennai and on the way chain was making noise and dragging little bit and found this royal Enfield service centre and took to them.They quickly serviced and made it ready.They also provided a lounge access to wait.Thanks Guys.
