This is my second service here, and honestly, I didn't like the client conversation during my first service. My demands weren't met then. However, I'm really happy with my second service. Mr. Deepak, my service consultant, assisted me well. All my demands were met, and he was very good to me. I recommend reaching out to Mr. Deepak for improved service and communication.
Bharath P was a great help in getting our services done as fast as possible. He took ownership of the situation and was great customer service. The service center is well equipped with sufficient staff and bays. The wash up was quick and well done using minimal water but efficiently cleaned. Thus saving lots of water. The followup was quick and they kept us updated with the status of the vehicle. They have pickup and drop service mentioned. The waiting area is well set and has ample reading material to pass tour time while you wait. The service center is busy and recommended calling in to check on the traffic. They are located in a lane close to the main road.
I recently visited the service center and I must say that I am extremely disappointed with the overall experience. It seems like nobody cares about what the customer wants or needs. The lack of attention to detail and poor customer service left me feeling frustrated and dissatisfied. To begin with, the process of getting a job card was incredibly time-consuming. I had to wait for nearly 1.5 hours just to get the job cards. This unnecessary delay added to my frustration and wasted a significant amount of my time. Even after finally obtaining the job cards, I am doubtful if the service was carried out as per the instructions mentioned in them. I did not feel confident that the technicians followed the job card accurately, leaving me with doubts about the quality and thoroughness of the service provided. Overall, my experience with this service center was highly unsatisfactory. The lack of efficiency in handling job cards and the questionable service quality have left me feeling let down as a customer. It is disheartening to see such a lack of commitment towards customer satisfaction. I sincerely hope that the service center takes these concerns seriously and makes necessary improvements in their processes and customer service. As a customer, I expect to receive reliable and satisfactory service, which unfortunately was not the case in this instance. I would not recommend this service center to others based on my disappointing experience. It is crucial for service providers to prioritize customer needs and ensure a seamless and satisfactory service experience.
Imran is absolutely amazing sales person, understood the requirement quickly and suggested jackets and gloves thats made perfect for touring. very polite, customer friendly.. do get in touch with him if you visir store.
Always non punctual. they would commit a delivery in such a confidence but fail to do so. Faced 3times in a row 8:38am already in pic and center still closed for taking vehicle details for service
I had a very good experience from day 1 from the booking till the delivery. Ms.Sangeetha and Mr.Sridhar made sure we had a smooth process. Kudos to the team!
I feel really good how the bike is performing now. They did a very good job. Really happy with the current state of classic 350. Areas of Improvement : 1. Washing. Could be improved. as there are visible stains on the bike. 2. One person dedicated to listen to our problems. If you visit the service center for the first time, no one was there to guide as to what are the next steps. There were so many bikes, did not know what to do. Was clueless for an hour. Then I had to go inside and ask someone.
They are frauds. First of all the person who comes to pick does side deals and they made me spend around 8k which included back rear brake pad kit and steering stem bearing kit. Both are in the same state as when I gave it before the service. They don't reveal the actual amount when updating you on extra work to be done. Labour for any work is never told and the final amount will give u a shock. They knew my feedback would be horrible and hence didn't give me a followup service call. Never give your bike to them. DISAPPOINTED.
