Rooms are maintained with high quality and also hygienic. Service is also good worth for the price we paid. Very friendly front office. Hotel located in prime location and easily identifiable. We like to visit again.

The hotel is average. But they have parking only for 2-3 cars. We parked near the roadside. Regarding price its high comparing to other locations. We booked family suite for 5 persons but after reaching there they told its sold out. We were forced to take 2 double rooms. The rooms are small when compared to price. Temple is almost 3-4km away from location. It's a calm place when comparing to the temple nearby locations. They provide complimentary breakfast but it's after 8 am. So we were not able to take that as our plan was leave early from hotel for site seeing.

I do not usually write bad reviews but this one is something I felt I should. We booked this hotel through Treebo, and Treebo in Madurai is a different hotel than where it actually is. So Treebo Berry Boutique is not the hotel but 14mins away from Google location at a place called Royal Elite. There is only chap whom is managing. Service is pathetic and worst was in the morning when we realised there is no male staff to carry the luggage. They have an old lady .. Doing room services to serving breakfast is okay, but the guy in charge asked her to carry luggage. What nonsense is this? Is there no common sense in the way they run business? We're on road travel for the last 6 days and each night we check in to a new hotel in new place.. And trust me by far this is the worst. Specially seeing an old lady was asked to get the bags.. Ridiculous. I definitely do not recommend this place!

I chose this place because it's treebo authenticated. But horrible service and location. No parking. No staff. Horrible breakfast. Stay away from this place.

Good Stay , Good Service ! The room was slightly smaller than expected, but clean and well maintained, the bathroom was big and clean, liquid soap bottles were provided in the bathroom. The staff was excellent and responsive too. We were offered complimentary breakfast and it was limited in options but good taste. Location was peaceful. The breakfast room can be arranged better. Plates, spoons , bowls, water and glasses can be made available along with the breakfast. We and other families had to request for spoons, bowls and glasses and they came in slow. Otherwise everything else was good.

Room : Absolutely rubbish. Bedsheets were dirty and leaving soggy smell. Bathroom was the worst. Lizard came from TV cable hole. Service : As bad as can be expected. No service at all, only tea is available that too only 6. When asked for the same, the Cook left for the day on 5:30 is what reception says. Plates were having yellow patches everywhere, which clearly tell they're never cleaned properly, asking to change the plates, they say they don't have. Location : Not in central area but the proces are of like a 4 Star Hotel.
