Royal County - Resort hotel in Proddatur - Y.s.r., India

This hotel is a good option if you are visiting Gandikota or Belum caves. It's a spacious property with a great swimming pool and club house. The staff is friendly, courteous and helpful. The restaurant has tasty and clean food but is a bit on the spicier side for folks from outside the region. This is the only good place we could find in the town for dinner. Breakfast is basic but tasty; it starts at around 8:15am. I had to make a hospital visit at night and the staff were very prompt and very helpful. They were in touch with us and the doctor till we came back, accompanied us throughout and even drove the car. They have a silent but powerful heavy duty AC in the room which was a pleasant surprise. They have a covered private parking but outside the compound which we felt is sufficiently large. They also accommodated a request for an extra blanket and pillow for the sofa.

Excellent place to relax. Well decorated and lots of greenery. Children's play area, very neat swimming pool, gym and shuttle courts. A must see resort.

Amazing place and the staff are so well trained and hospitable. The people at reception or restaurant, each one serves customers with smile and they are so welcoming. Great stay, enjoyed by each one of us as we were a big group of families

Uffff there we experienced worst service, absolutely nothing for breakfast for 15 people all were struggling just to provide bread, no coffee or tea... We were treated like beggers...... So end of the day i advise them please be prepared to receive ur guests...... Only if u pay and take fine.... Don't expect complimentary

It is a good resort with clean rooms, restaurant, bar and a pool. The breakfast menu was limited and could be improved. We had dinner at the restaurant and are very happy with the menu, food and staff. Overall it was a good maintenance

Worst place for peacefull and execute people. Too many people comming from management side and creating nusence for peacefull environment. I think this is not the correct please for right people. Good place for labour people .. don't come and suffer here..even mobile signal will not available
