Worst place ever. The owner will forcefully ask for a 5 star rating. If not given then the caution money is not returned. Even after providing a 5 star rating the owner will not return back the caution money. They will just tell extra charges for room cleaning. After this on call I told that you forcefully took the 5 star. Now i am going to remove it.. then the owner gave me threatening. Like " you will be somewhere in Chennai right? I will see you " No facility, cctv not working properly , bad water quality, dirty washroom. A very old Air conditioner which only consumes electricity doesn't make the room cooler. Extra price per unit of electricity for AC bill ( 12 rs per unit ) is charged. Most of the time drinking water is not available. The washing machine was provided only as show piece. It doesn't wash. I will recommend not staying here by any chance.
It was a good place at vadapalani. Washing machine water heater and WiFi available. Reasonable rent. Cleanliness rest room
Please don't trust online 5star ratings all are fake images also fake the images are too old like tooks in when they are opened if u enter in pg there's a bad smell and maintenance also poor if you go you will disappoint fully

Everything here is good. Like cleaning, maintaining, and no Annoyance. They will allow the people who is working in a good firm or a good coaching center. They'll never allow someone who will always be Annoying. So no issues here. But parking would have been big. You can't take your bike out before 10 am. My office time is 11. So 5 star I given. kudos for the team and keep it up the good work.
