Royal cars - Used car dealer in Nattakom - Kottayam, India

Fraud people. Don't have any values or ethics. Expert in dealing with defective cars and just tries to dump those on customers. Bought a car from them and having issues since then including the insurance company they provided. Please don't buy from here. It's ok to not have a car rather than buying defective ones from them and having a headache for rest of your life. Wish I could give something below 1 star. Nisar, the owner, is the biggest fraud also his employees. Don't fall for their sweet tongue.

These guys are professional frauds...no values, no ethics and shameless to the core.. I almost bought a 2007 automatic santro and nicely escaped . When I checked thoroughly i came to the conclusion that it had accident history. The bumper,door, glass everything were new.. when I asked about that to the lady staff first she said it doesn't have any accident history and started blabbering non sense. Then when I checked the number plate I understood that it's a re registed vehicle. Again when I asked her about that first she said it's not a re registered car then I asked her how can a 2011 series alphabets can come to a 2007 model santro? Then she started becoming very defensive and I called the owner Nizar. When he found out that I am someone who knows thoroughly about vehicles that shameless fraud also started to become very defensive and he told me in a brazen arrogant manner that if you want the car buy it or leave the place.. Guys please avoid this place at any cost because it will definitely cause you headache since these people's intentions are tricky and shady. They want to cheat people and dump vehicles which definitely has problems as far as I understood. Please use your common sense before buying any second hand stuff. Check thoroughly with the help of a mechanic or someone who is shrewd and knows about the tricks and udaipps about second hand vehicle market. Only God knows whether these vehicles were stolen, used for criminal activities or having any legal issues.. Anyway avoid this place..

A showroom of frauds.. Don't buy a car from this showroom. Better U can buy a flooded car instead of buying a car from Royal cars...

My husband Vipin booked used car for Rs 5000 on 18/7/2023 we have cancelled that booking and asked refund but they didnt give us refund. Very bad behavior from the lady staff

Worst behaviour.... Especially that owner guy.... Dont have even the basic manners of business deals.... Non sense guys.. Dont even have basic principles. Avoid them... Behaviours of theirs mostly resemble like that of Anti social elements Stay away for your peace of mind

Dont trust this guy. Worst quality cars. All reconditioned for time being. Fraud!

The way they talk is like gundas. Never reccomend
