Visited there 3 times and today had the worst experience. The girl didn't know a thing about massage. Deep tissue massage which supposed to last 1 hour was completed in 40 minutes. She just poured oil and was rubbing her hand. zero knowledge about massage. Can't believe wasted 2k here today.
Well maintained, hygienic place but worst experience with Ms Anu i.e She agreed with 1200 for deep tissue for one hour massage and also said for this time it is ok for next time we will not do with this cost and whatever is the possible pressure that only I can give. Then she started at 4pm stopped within half an hour, I asked is it completed? She said ha then I went to bath and reached to reception that time time was 4.45pm that means she did 4 pm to 4.30pm. Hence I asked her at reception committed 1 hour but you did half an hour what is this? She had given the very lazy and careless answer that where you will get with 1200 go and take the massage. Completely this is the cheating and also she doesn't know how to do massage only applying oil with doing slightly rubbing only for time pass. She doest know how to speak also. Last 3 times was very good really but struggled with Ms Anu kindly dont select her. Thanks

One of the worst spa experiences. Ms.Anu had been assigned as the masseur, had no knowledge of how to massage. I would suggest that no body goes to this place. No technique, they just apply oil and rub. Moreover the massage was complete before the stipulated time. Waste of money.
Worst service , pathetic , they call us by telling they will offer certain service but after reaching the spa they will say we don't any kind of service like whatever they themselves said its available .. Totally unsatisfied after reaching spot from a long way .. If you guys can't give us the service what we ask for just be honest and say you dont have such kind of service before we reach there better stop fooling around with words not everyone is dumb like as you guys think ...I wish I could give zero stars since no other options giving one star
Nice ambience. The place is well maintained its clean and hygienic. Most of the spa which I have been it smells and is yuck. Professional and friendly massaquer, worth a visit and value for money. Would come here again.
Good experience , went for deep tissue massage, full body feels like worked out, my expert there was Catherine, spacious room attached toilet steam hot shower, would come back again, go for it.
