Apart from biriyani this restaurant also serve different type of Indian, Chinese food. So you can come for lunch or dinner or just come to have snacks ! People often arrange birthday party and several other small party here.
My experience in Royal Restaurant was not good. Once They keep us waiting. And other day there was no chef in the restaurant, whatever we were ordering, they were saying "this is not available". At the end they said us that the chef was absent.. so we left the restaurant
It is a good and common restaurant in Kalna. It is good results for Biriyani. The service is likely fast and clean.
Visited the restaurant a few months back and ordered fried rice and chilly chicken which was delicious and good in quantity. However the serving time is too long. And it's better not to expect quickly attentive staff and service like that of the nicest restaurants in Kolkata (Chowman, Aminia, Rang De Basanti Dhaba).
