More than the food experience, the customer service was excellent.. Very comfortable to communicate.. Good open view atmosphere and varieties of cuisines.

My experience in royal bakers was a regrettable one. The chapati i ordered was really hard. It takes much time for me to have it. And also the biriyani quantity was bit. I cannot recommend this dining established to anyone seeking a pleasant and satisfying meal.

It's our favourite hanging out spot for Tea and snacks. Oru Kadi Oru Kudi. Good parking space in such a busy area, warm and friendly staff. Keep it up, team.

A nice restaurant situated near Kaloor Junction. Sufficient car parking is available here, which is quite difficult to find in restaurants near Kaloor. Biriyani and fried rice items are really good, but not that great either. Chicken biryani and Shawarma are the highlights here. We usually dine here at noon. Bakery items are also available here and it's a good spot for a quick bite. mostly crowded during noon, but not that crowded during Night. The staff are very helpful and the service is very fast. Premises and washrooms are neatly maintained.

Had chicken biriyani and a tea from here.. Chicken biriyani was really delicious.. It had three big pieces and really nice gravy in it. Also it had a boiled egg inside they charge 150/- for full chicken biriyani.. Tastewise and quantity wise it is worth it. They charge 15/- for tea. It was also good. The ambience and cleanliness is also appreciable.

Atmosphere and service are really good at this restaurant. My expectation was way higher when I have seen the ambience and service. But the food which I ordered was very disappointing. I have ordered beef biriyani and got something which I didn't even like a bit. Finally I had to pay around 200rs for what I didn't like at all.

This restaurant gave me a very bad experience. The behavior of the staff here towards the customers is not very good. If you order food, it takes a long time to get the food. Similarly, the food does not have the quantity and quality of the paisa given. I feel the food is very overpriced. The quantity and quality of the Alfam chest piece here is very low. Very unprofessional staff here. The staff here don't know how to manage and behave with customers.
