Recommended for bakery items.... Shawarma is good (ok) ...Not recommended for buying cakes, pastries etc. Juice and shakes expensive (above average) . Food recommended: parotta, green peas masala, butter chicken, etc.

A bakery cum food shop im the outskirts of Kochi. Very popular and a bit tight spaced with a crampy feeling. Service is good and quite fast. Food is okay too. Parking is a challenge especially during peak hours. Nevertheless, patrons will find a spot and park.

Went for lunch. Saw first Keralite who is unmannered, the manager of this bakery restaurant. We got served with stale food and when questioned this guy started arguing.

Had Chicken shawarma and Tea. Shawarma was ok. Tea was good.

One of the best Bakery with Restaurants near Petta metro station. Easy accessibility from both the Road and Metro Station. The parking area is limited, to the space on the front side road. Ordered, Kerala Poratta, Chicken fry and Alfaham. Their Shawarma is also good.

We ordered a shawarma and a vegetable sandwich. Unfortunately, the vegetable sandwich emitted a foul odor, which I reported to one of the staff members. A restaurant representative came over,but they were unwilling to acknowledge the issue. Throughout the entire encounter, their gaze remained fixed on me until I settled the bill, and they continued to watch as I left, which made my family uneasy, as if they were conveying a threatening "leave now or face consequences" message. It seems that they place a higher value on their own judgment than on the customer's viewpoint regarding the food's quality, displayed "Venemenkil kazhicho" attitude. Although they eventually decided not to charge us for the sandwich in an attempt to resolve the matter, there was no apology or admission of their mistake. I intend to file a complaint in case this causes a problem to any of us, as they showed no remorse for their actions. I am not recommending this restaurant to anyone.

Ordered a choclate pastery and it was so dry also the frosting was not at all choclate. I had ordered shezwaan egg noodles too but it was full of masala which tasted like mouth refreshing jeera, nothing shezwaan in it. Worst experience ever. Never try chinese from this place. If you guys don't know how to cook the mentioned dish, do not keep it in the menu at the first place.

Great place to have tea snacks and even main course throught the day..Sweets, snacks, bread, cakes, fried items, biscuits, noodle packets and much more is available..Its a quick bite store as well as a restaurant.. Friendly customer service in a neat and clean ambience.
